Does Americana 8" x 5-3/8" Offset Trailer Wheel Come with Powder Coat Finish

Is there a wheel with power paint that has the same spec as AM20018? I dont want the galvinized coating but I need the offset.

The white powder coat equivalent is part # AM20016 but this has a zero offset so if that offset is crucial to your setup then you'll need to stick with the Steel Trailer Galvanized Wheel # AM20018.
