I would be happy to help. Most standard truck bed widths are right at 72 inches. For your 2019 Ford F-350, I recommend the Erickson Cargo Control Cargo Bar with Ratchet item # 08908. This cargo bar has an adjustable length of 44" to 74". It has a ratcheting lever that secures the bar into place and the rubber foot pads ensure a good grip and won't scratch up your bed or bed liner.
