The Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT48MR is confirmed to fit your 2022 Nissan Sentra SR. The S is the only trim level of your Sentra that the receiver will not fit. Draw-Tite recommends using their Drawbar # 3593 in the rise position with either a 1-7/8" Ball # 19256 or 2" Ball # 19258 to match your coupler.

I recommend adding the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118582 when you install the receiver. This will allow you to connect to small trailers with a 4-way flat connector as well as add Auxiliary Lights # C53201. These lights are needed when you have a hitch mounted accessory that impairs the view of your tail lights.

@Mario Hey Mario, we do have a hitch for the 2022 Nissan Sentra S model. Here is the exact part: - Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # C11349 This has a 1-1/4" receiver so you could set that up with a 1-7/8" or 2" ball if needed.
