The Draw-Tite # DT48MR will indeed fit your 2021 Nissan Sentra SR, and actually the SV models as well. Though there will be drilling required for the installation, as with all hitches for your vehicle, the included instructions will lay out what needs to be done in detail.
If you were planning on towing with your Sentra SR, I recommend also installing the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat # 118582. This is mostly a plug and play harness, but you will need to run one wire up to the battery for needed power.
