I can tell you how to determine that, but there isn't a specific fit for any trailer, including your Big Tex, for the Dexter Tandem-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit for 2-1/2" Slipper Springs # HAP-158-258-03.
Since you have 10,000 lb Dexter axles, you're set there, and you likely have 2-1/2 inch slipper springs (though you may want to measure their width just to be sure), so all you have to do is measure you axle spacing. To do this, simply measure from the center of one axle to the center of your other axle.
If that measurement is 48-1/2 inches you can use the Dexter Tandem-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit # HAP-158-258-03.
