Question:
I have a 2020 Toyota Tundra. My travel trailer is a Rockwood Roo 235S. The UVW of the trailer per Rockwood is 5639 lb. Likely will be between 100 and 300 pounds heavier once I fully load it . The tongue weight per Rockwood is 738 lb., but I have not weighed it myself. Awaiting arrival of a tongue weight scale to see what it really is, but I dont think it will get up to 800 lbs. Which Husky Centerline WD Hitch should I purchase, the 32217 or the 32218? I am afraid the 32218 could cause too stiff a ride. I welcome your thoughts.

I recommend the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution # FA92-00-1200 for your Forest River Rockwood Roo as we no longer carry the Husky weight distribution hitches. With your trailer having a dry tongue weight of 738lbs it will quickly increase when they fill the propane tanks with 40lbs of propane and add a 50lb Battery # BRW34FR to the front of the trailer. Also since the majority of the storage is on the front of the camper it would not surprise me if you reach over 1,000lbs of tongue weight when you pack up. This Fastway hitch is rated for 800-1,200lbs of tongue weight and a maximum trailer weight of 12,000lbs. It has integrated sway built in to help keep the trailer tracking straight.
You will need a 2-5/16" Ball # EQ91-00-6120 and 1-7/8" 12pt Thin Walled Socket # ALL643216 when assembling the hitch.
