Troubleshooting 14 Error Code on Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System for Air Helper Springs

Question:

I installed this on a 2017 Chevy Silverado ltz and keep getting A14 code even though it is attached to same bolt as engine grounding strap and is clean bare metal. Compressor works just keeps showing fault. Also where can I get ignition wire to attach to on fuses in engine bay?

The "14" error code for the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System for Air Helper Springs # AL25980 says that the compressor is under-current which means that the ground could be the issue but that you also need to check the battery connection as well.

Disconnect the compressor from the battery and test it using a different 12V power supply then remove and reinstall the 12A fuse to reset the fault.
