I would just like to confirm that the 2012 Audi A4 EcoHitch will fit my 4 dr Sedan. From what Im reading it does but just want to confirm as directions show 2013-2014 but other years say it does, like 2011

The Ecohitch # 306-X7324 will not work on your 2012 Audi A4 Sedan. It is confirmed to fit a 2012 Audi A4 Allroad Quattro.
The Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # 391AUDA4A5S509 is the trailer hitch you will need.
