I recommend using the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75540 for your 2022 Lexus RX 350 F Sport. It's the only hitch we have to fit that model but it features a hidden crosstube which gives it a sleek look and reduces ground clearance.

Attached is an installation video we shot on the 2021 model. Please note that starting in 2020 the rear fascia is a little lower than previous models so the receiver may push against it for the install.

If the plan was to use this for a bike rack I highly recommend checking out the Kuat Transfer V2 # KU84FR because it looks sleek and is easy to load/unload your bikes on due to the unique U-Shaped frame. Attached is a review video for you to check out.
