The Solera 18V Power RV Awning Conversion Kit in White # LC434730 will be what you need to convert your Dometic A&E manual awning to an electric power awning. These arms are powered through a rechargeable battery that will operate the awning 22-25 times between charges. This will save you from having to run wiring through your camper to power the awing and the control switch.

The Solera Manual Pull Style to Power Awning Conversion Kit # LC329250 can only be used on Lippert Solera awning arms.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
