Is There a Hitch Riser to Prevent Cargo Carrier from Bottoming-Out

Question:

Hi, I use a 2 hitch cargo basket on my Honda Odyssey but it bottoms out sometimes so I was trying to find something that will raise it. Will something like this work: https://www.etrailer.com/Accessories-and-Parts/Blue-Ox/BX88132.html Some info says its only for towing but I wasnt sure. Thanks!

I do have options for you but using receiver adapters reduce capacity. Instead, I recommend a cargo carrier with a built-in rise like the 24x60 etrailer Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches part # e98874 which is better suited for low ground clearance vehicles as the shank has a built-in 2" rise without sacrificing capacity.
