Troubleshooting A Jensen JWM90A RV Stereo That Won't Play DVD's Or Sound

i have a Jensen wall mount rv stereo Item #Jwm90a the dvd player will not work and i have a Roku hooked to my tv i can get a picture but no soundany help would be great thank you

If the DVD player and the sound are malfunctioning then the issue is with your Jensen Wall Mount RV Stereo # JWM90A. I recommend removing the stereo from the wall and pulling the fuse under the wiring harness to let the unit fully shut down.
While you're waiting check the wires to ensure you're getting a good connection and that there isn't a damaged or bent wires. Make sure the wires on your tv are also in the correct ports and fully pressed in.
If you after resetting the unit and checking all the wiring you still can not get DVD's to play or the sound to work then the issue is something internal that you won't be able to fix and you'll need to replace the unit with either another # JWM90A or another single din stereo like the iRV RV Stereo # 292-101809.
