Should Heat Sink of Jensen RV Stereo Get Warm/Hot

Question:
Jwm90 static sound in all speakers checked connections seem to be fine but noticed this piece getting hot

What you sent in your picture is the heat sink and is normal to get hot as it is designed to dissipate heat so there's no concern there. If you are hearing static through the speakers that most likely means your antenna isn't connected so there's no signal for it to pick up.
