I have a Dodge 2019 - 2500. I have the BandW 5th Wheel Hitch Mounting Rails and Brackets Part #: BWH-RVK2602. I wanted to check and see if the BandW Patriot 18K Slider would work with these rails?

Yes, the B&W item # BWRVK2602 rail kit is a universal rail kit that provides a set of industry standard rails. These have a weight capacity of 18,000 lbs. The B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slide item # BWRVK3270 will fit these rails and has a matching capacity.
To make towing with a 5th wheel easier I recommend adding the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Connector - 10' Long item # C56000 to your 2019 Ram 2500. This harness puts a 7-way connector in the bed of your truck and allows you to keep the one on your bumper. This makes hooking up to your 5th wheel trailer easier and more convenient.
