Since the Replacement Hardware Kit for Stromberg Carlson Lend-A-Hand # 1091 is going to be mounted on a wall you would want to use non-sag sealant to prevent any water from getting in between the hardware and trailer wall.
We have a variety of colors to match your trailer:
White # 344270341437-1
Black # AL53KV
Gray # AL33KV
Almond # AL43KV
I also recommend using some butyl tape # AL28FJ as this will spread through the threads of the mounting screws to form a protective barrier from water leakage.
