Yes, the Replacement Rail Pins and Clips for Curt 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches and Gooseneck Adapters part # C16902 will work with the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches. The pins are fairly universal so there will be no issues with fit.
