My trailer has two loops for the trailer chains to attach to. What is the best way to attach the trailer chains to them?

Usually with higher capacity safety chains like the # FCHA0050324 that you referenced they get attached to the trailer frame with safety chain loops like the part # 337SC58B directly which get basically welded over the end chain link. Quick links could work but you'd need one really high capacity since this chain set is for higher capacity setups.
