What size bolts to mount hand rail 1st gen 3steps

The bolts for the Handrail for First Generation 4-Step MORryde Steps # MR33RR will use (4) 1/4" - 20 x 1 1/2” long, grade 5 steel, zinc coated bolts.
Additionally, the corresponding washers are also 1/4", and is made of grade 2 steel with a zinc coating.
