I have a 2022 Newmar Bay Star 3626 coach with 1-12 volt chassis battery and 2 coach AGM group 24. How difficult is an install if coach is pre wired from Newmar. Does the solar kit get wired to the existing inverter or to the batteries and allowing the inverter to do its thing to power the coach. Thinking about adding the Eclipse 190w + 30amp MPPT controller along with the Eclipse expansion kit.

The Go Power Eco Solar Charging System with Digital Solar Controller # 34273837 and Go Power Solar Flex Eclipse Solar Charging System with MPPT Solar Controller # GP67MR you referenced both will be wired directly from their controllers to the battery bank and will not be wired to an inverter first.
Your inverter will be wired in as it's own system and not intertwined with these solar panel kits.
As for the installation difficulty, if you're already prewired for this brand of solar systems then the hardest part should be just mounting the panels to the roof of your 2022 Newmar Bay Star 3626. Having prewiring means you won't have to run wires through the walls, which can be quite a struggle.
I recommend using some butyl tape # AL28FJ and self leveling sealant # AL98KV to ensure a watertight seal on your mounting brackets.
