Does Red Indicator Light Blink When Bright Way Solar Battery Charger is Charging

Question:
Is the light supposed to stay on during charging or blink? I recently had this charger on my RV battery for 4 months and it did not maintain the charge. After ensuring the batteries are fully charged, I attached the solar charger and the indicator light is blinking. Not sure if that shows it is working or if there is a problem. Thanks!

It looks like the red LED on the Bright Way Solar Battery Charger - 7.5 Watt Solar Panel # BRW54FR is actively blinking when it's charging the battery so if it's still on then that would indicate it's sending a charge.
It's worth noting that this setup is a trickle charger which basically means it's designed to keep your battery topped off during storage. If you're wanting something that has a bit more power as well as a way to monitor and adjust the charge power I recommend checking out the OptiMate Solar Duo Solar Charging System with Controller # MA79JR which is rated for 20 Watts instead of 7.5 Watts.
