Troubleshooting Axles Out of Alignment With Correct Track Installed on 2017 Keystone Cougar

Question:

I bought a 2017 , 27ft Cougar trailer with a correct track suspension kit installed on it. It’s out of alignment and dog legs going down the road. There is a 1/2 inch difference on the axles to the center of the tongue. Do you have any directions on how to correct this problem ? Thank you

Since you already have the Correct Track # RR23QX you should be able to adjust it and get your axles re-aligned. The kit allows you to make adjustments in 1/4" increments which will allow you to fix that 1/2" difference. I have attached the steps you need to follow in the picture below. I have also included a link to the full instruction manual for your reference.
