Question:

I looked on the website as I have bought quite a bit from you but unable to find so dont know if its even made...... Looking for something to cover my 7blade connector on the end of my dump trailer. I have to leave them at jobsites for months on end sometimes and the center post and blades corrode and when connected to truck get bad connection. Was wondering if they made some type of rubber cover to put over these to help the corrosion from the rain etc. Would be a good product for someone to start maybe?

I do have a couple options for you to consider. The first is the Fastway Tethered 7-Way Trailer Connector Cover # FA82-00-3315. This is a rubber cover that tethers to the 7-way that you can use to cover the end of the connector.

Next is the Optronics 7-Way Trailer Harness Plug Protector # ACP7B. This mounts to your trailer and allows you to push the 7-way into the protector. This has the added benefit of holding the connector in a specific place when not in use.

I do recommend using Dielectric Grease # 11755 on the 7-way as that will also help to prevent corrosion to the connector.
