Can 45 Amp Converter be Used to Replace 35 Amp Converter

Would I be able to safely upgrade from my magnetek 6300A model 6332 to a 4600 series PD4645..?

Expert Reply:

Yes, you can safely upgrade to the 45 Amp Replacement Converter for Parallax/Magnetek or WFCO RV Power Centers # PD4645V for a more powerful system but to get the full benefits you'd have to pretty much upgrade your whole electrical system so it won't do too much. If you wanted to stick with the 35 Amp rating you'll need part # PD4635V instead.
