Can I Use a Tow Dolly to Flat-Tow My 2022 Ford Ranger 4x4?

I KNOW I CAN TOW THIS VEHICLE FOUR WHEELS FLAT, IF I PUT THE FRONT WHEELS ON A DOLLY, WILL THIS EFFECT THE TOWING OF IT. I.E. LUBRICATION IN THE FRT. AXLE? GOT TO RENT A U-HAUL WANTED TO TOW RANGER BEHIND US? WHAT DO YOU THINK, I KNOW JAMESON HAS DONE IT WITH THE 2019 RANGER 4X4. THANKS

I went ahead and confirmed with your Ford owner's manual that you can only flat-tow your 2022 Ford Ranger 4x4 by flat-towing it with all four wheels on the ground. You can potentially damage the truck/void any warrantees if you attempt to use a tow dolly with your Ranger.
With that being said, we have a great selection of parts for your Ranger to flat tow it. For the recommended setup, I suggest the following:

- Brake Buddy Classic 3 # HM39494 with the required Brake Light Relay # RM-88400

- Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-152-98146-7
The great thing about the Roadmaster base plate kit is that is simply installs into your Ranger's chassis. It comes with all required hardware. As far as the Falcon 2 tow bar, it allows for you to easily release your vehicle even in uneven ground and simply slides into the RV's hitch receiver without the need of a ball mount. In addition, you will also receive the proportional action of the Brake Buddy Classic which applies the Ranger's brakes at the same level that you apply the brakes to your RV. With the Brake Buddy, you need the relay kit in order to keep your Ranger's brake signal from overriding the turn signal sent by your RV. With the diode kit, this will allow you to connect your RV's tail, brake, and turn signal lights to your truck's lighting system.
As with all flat-towing applications, we always recommend consulting with your owner's manual to make sure you abide by all other guidelines.
