Replacement Cradles for a Rhode Gear Bike Rack with Bent Ends

Hi there, I have a Rhode Gear bike rack: shuttle style with straps and the arms bent upwards at the end. Is there a tie down cradle that would fit on the arms? Ive seen a lot of cradles for the straight arm style, but not sure if they work for the bent arm style moreso in getting the cradles on.

Rhode Gear was bought out by Yakima and there are a few replacement options available still like the Replacement Cradle for Rhode Gear Super Shuttle Racks # RG8890084. While the # RG8890084 is not listed as a fit for the Rhode Gear racks with the bent ends, we have had customers use them on that style before and they worked.

I have included a picture that shows the # RG8890084 installed on the Rhode Gear with bent ends for you to check out.
