Recommended Replacement Cradle For Rhode Gear Hitch Mounted Bike Carrier

Question:

I have a Rhode Gear hitch mount bike rack with hard plastic cradles that are all broken. I would like to replace them with RG8890083 or RG8890084. The 2 arms on the rack measure 1inch OD but your information would indicate they require the 1 3/32inch cradles. Should I order the RG8890084 cradles with 1inch diameter centers?

The replacement cradles we carry for Rhode Gear bikes are designed to fit specific models.

The # RG8890083 will fit the Rhode Gear Highway bike carriers (8015200, 8015201, 8015202, 8015215, 8015216, 8015218, 8015219, 8015220, 8015221).

If your bike carrier is one of the Shuttle bike carriers(RG8015127 and RG8015126), then the # RG8890084 would be the replacement you can use.

Since you said your arms measure 1-inch I recommend going with the # RG8890084.
