Hello, is there an option to have this package with the non-slider base? The 5th wheel Im purchasing has a turning point pin box and I will not need a slider.

If you're looking for just the standard B&W Companion then you'll want part # BWRVK3500-5W. That being said the standard B&W Companion hitch is not compatible with pivoting pin boxes like your Lippert Turning point.
You would instead need to install the Reese Under-Bed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit # RP39FR and use the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch for Ford Super Duty Prep Package # BWRVK3305 to be compatible with your Turning Point pin box.
You'll also want to use Wedge Kit # RP74FR to prevent the king pin of the pin box from rotating in the jaws of the hitch.
I also recommend installing an in-bed 7-way like # C57010 to give yourself an easy connection point for your 5th wheel's wiring.
