The Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT75MR will fit your 2022 Hyundai Elantra SEL. This receiver will fit all trim levels of your Elantra except the N-Line and Hybrid trims. The Receiver # 24939 that you were looking at will only fit the 2017-2020 model years.

I recommend installing the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # TK86FR when you install the receiver. The 4-way harness will allow you to connect to small trailers as well as Auxiliary Lights # C53201. Auxiliary lights are needed if your hitch mounted carrier like a bike rack impairs the view of your tail lights when loaded. If you wish to run the 4-way outside the trunk permanently the Mounting Brackets # 18144 and # 18140 can be used to secure the 4-way to the receiver cross tube without needing to drill into the receiver.
