My recommendation would be to change out your entire axle assembly as the mobile home style axle and brakes you have are not designed with replaceable parts in mind. It may be easier and make more sense to install a axle like the Dexter Trailer Axle w/ Electric Brakes # 7461121-EB. If you can provide me with hub face and spring center measurements on your current axle I can help you find a replacement option.
If you prefer to use your current axles then the Brake Mounting Flange # 4-44-1 will need to be welded on by a trailer axle shop that has the correct jigs to ensure the bracket is perfectly spaced and straight on the axle tube. Then you will be able to use the Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-7-SA with your 12" X 2" brake drums you currently have as long as they are not damaged or worn beyond their service life.
