looking for lower profile tire for my boat trailer , needs to be 225/60R 15 tires

I do have options for you but there are only really two common trailer tires sizes for 15" wheels, 205/75-15 which is 27.4" diameter and 225/75-15 which is 28.3" diameter. The smaller of which is 205/75-15 and for this I recommend the Karrier ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire part # AM10244 which is a radial ply tires with load range c rating. If you need smaller then you'll have to downgrade to 14" wheels like the Karrier ST205/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire with 14" Galvanized Wheel part # AM32156 which measures 26.3" diameter.

Please note, they don't offer trailer tires in all sizes like they do for vehicles and I'm not aware of any in 225/60-15.
