Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at these etrailer tandem axle Jeep style trailer fenders. Now I only have one on my table here just because of the space limitations in my studio, but this is going to indeed be for two of these fenders. So just because I have one on here, I didn't want you to think you're just getting one, you are going to be getting two fenders. But just to talk a little bit about this, these trailer fenders are going to give you that classic Jeep look to your tandem axle trailer while offering solid protection from road debris.
And this is made from tough (metal tapping) 16 gauge cold rolled steel. So these are built to handle whatever the road throws their way, so you can bolt them on or weld them on. And just note that a bolt-on setup does require some drilling and separate mounting brackets, which will not be included with these fenders. So just trying to give you a look here before I hit my wall of the sides here of the fenders, or at least the front and the back of the fenders. So let's talk measurements.
Looking at the overall length from end to end, about 69 inches long end to end. And then the overall depth, we're gonna be sitting right at 10 inches deep. And then the overall height 19 inches tall. Each fender is going to obviously cover two tires on one side of your trailer, helping to keep those rocks and dirt from damaging your cargo or other vehicles. They do come unpainted as you can see here.
So after you get them installed, you do want to prime them and paint them to give you that corrosion protection and to match your trailer's finish. Now these do, these fenders do weigh roughly about 19 pounds each. And again, they're gonna come in a set of two and they're gonna be ready to give your trailer a rugged, durable upgrade. The fender arrived quickly and is of good quality. It shines so nicely that I need to polish the old one on the other side now!
I just got back from vacation and started the rebuild on my trailer. Thoroughly satisfied with the springs, replacement shackles and bolts. Fenders are the next phase but look really good. I will be installing solid inner fender liners hand made out of 1/8 aluminum then bolting to the trailer frame. Your products are very good quality but I do have a problem with your holding up the order as you didn't have the original bolts in stock that I ordered. I don't appreciate waiting a month for delivery that never came only to call you and be told the bolts were not in stock. You should have emailed me or called and given me the option of the bolts I ended up with. I needed new spring u bolts but went to the local spring shop and purchased them versus having another delay in shipment. Good products - less than desirable service.
This fender was all it was advertised as, a quality part, well packaged and delivered very speedily.
I have not had time to install the brake controller but it too was well packaged and shipped promptly. It will just fit into the space that was formerly occupied by indicator panel that is no longer in the dash of my pickup.

Once I recieved the steel fenders I had them Rhino Lined and they came out great.
Fantastic. Good quality product. Looks like it was well manufactured. And best part...it fits perfectly. Now time for drilling, painting, and mounting. I would definitely recommend.
I think the fenders should be a little longer for 10” wheels. They are about 21.5 long and should be about 24”
I've used etrailer in the past and have had a good experience. I am slightly disappointed in this shipment from the standpoint that the delivery date given was Saturday, so I had it shipped to my home because I knew I would be there when the package arrived. It didn't arrive until Wednesday, which meant I wasn't home. If I'd known that, I would have arranged for the product to be delivered to my work, which is who the parts were for anyway.
Fenders worked great. I ended up cutting them shorter and painting with bed liner. They look great!
I put two of these fenders on my canoe trailer. Both broke before I'd gone 1,000 miles.
These are what I needed to finish off my trailer after I upgraded to 15" wheels, & of course I wanted to match my Jeep. Very pleased..ordered tail lights at the same time!!
