The ball mount has a high-gloss black powder coat finish on a sturdy steel ball mount that helps prevent rust. The mount has a threaded pin which allows the bracket to be tightly installed and helps stop the rattling and prevents the swaying while hauling loads. The mount has cushioned isolators that reduce ratting and vibration, and helps reduce shock loads to the vehicle during sudden braking or acceleration.
