Question:

Hi, I have the INH120 rack and lost the keys to it and the rattle knob is locked to the rack. If I order a new one with keys will those keys work with the existing knob?

More than likely the keys and lock core on a replacement knob will not match. It is technically possible, but that would be a total gamble since the lock core is random. We do have replacement keys available depending on your lock core.

I recommend looking at the lock core on your knob to identify the correct replacement key. For example, if you have T255 stamped on the face of the lock core you could use the Replacement Key for Inno Roof Racks, Bike Racks, and Cargo Boxes - Key T255 # IN76FR. If you are unable to find a replacement key then a replacement knob is the only option and you will likely have to remove the old knob to use the new knob and keys.
