We are awaiting our Kia Sorento Hybrid Plug-in. It is not a custom build and does not have a hitch. Do you sell a hitch that would fit this vehicle?

If you plan on doing some towing you will also need wiring. Since it sounds like you don't have the tow package you can use the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # TK26FR. This is the most reliable option and will provide you with a 4-way to power your trailer's signal lights.

For a ball mount, check out the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900. This kit has two ball mounts, one with a 3/4" rise or 2" drop and the other with a 2-3/4" rise or 4" drop. It also comes with a 1-7/8" and 2" ball, as well as a ball mount bag to store everything in.
