No, it does not Tim but I have one that does. Instead you will want the Under-Bed Rail and Installation Kit for Reese Elite Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches item # RP67KR. This is an identical set up to not only the one you were looking at but also the factory puck system that comes with the Ford trucks.

The Reese Under-Bed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch item # RP39FR, you were looking at, only fits the 2017 - 2022 Ford F-250, 350, and 450.

To make towing with a 5th wheel easier, I recommend adding the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness item # C57010. This harness puts a 7-way connector in the bed of your truck and allows you to keep the one on your bumper. This makes hooking up to your 5th wheel trailer easier and more convenient.
