I contacted the manufacturer about the length and diameter of the pin shafts on the Replacement Locking Pin for Curt EZr and Original Double Lock Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitches # C53WR. The pin shaft has a diameter of 5/8" and the overall length is 4.594".

Yes, since the hub you currently have has 8-247 stamped on it the Trailer Hub part #8-247-50UC3-EZ that you referenced would be the correct hub for you to use. This hub is 10 by 2-1/4 inch and has a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern.
