Will Yakima SpareRide Bike Rack Fit 35x12.50R20 Spare Tire on 2017 Jeep Wrangler JK

My spare tire is 35x12.5OR20LT 121R... Will this fit my tire? Also is there a hitch rack available that would fold down low enough to open the back door on my Jeep with this size tire?

The 35x12.50R20 tire on your 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited is 12.5" wide so it just falls in the specs of the Yakima SpareRide 2 Bike Rack # Y02599.
Pretty much every bike rack I've ever seen has some sort of rise in the shank so you won't be able to open up your rear door. Because of this I recommend going with a swing-away option, like the RockyMounts BackStage # RKY10002. The BackStage measures 9-1/2" from the center of the hitch pin hole to the closest part of the rack so you'll want to keep that in mind and make sure that's enough clearance for you. If it isn't enough clearance but you like the though of a swing away rack just let me know and I can make a different recommendation.
