The Thule Replacement Track Nut Kit, part # 853-5147, consists of a single track nut. The replacement 17 millimeter bolt, part # 924-0617-15, and washer, part # 951061254, are sold separately and also as single pieces.

I have a set of Rhino rails on my topper...I have heard the inside dimension of these is pretty much the same as thule and yakima. I'm assuming the track nut washer and bolt will work just fine for attaching a rack??? Rhino warehouse closed for Covid!!!

Yes they all have the same basic dimensions. Sometimes there will be a slight variation depending on when it was made, but you should be able to just shave off a sliver of the nut if that's the case.

@JonG Thanks ....The Thule/Yakima work fine but the Rhino bolt and nut sit higher in the track. Depending on your application the additional height might be important if your cap has a high center.
