Towing my XT5 Cadillac on a dolly behind our RV. What mode and gear should I be in

I pulled up the owners manual of your 2018 Cadillac XT5 online and found that to tow it on a dolly like the Roadmaster # RM-2050-1 you'd need to put the vehicle in park. You can see the full process on page 318 of your manual but the other key step is to disconnect the negative side of the battery as well.
