What Causes E5 Error Code On Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater

Question:
I get an E error code. Fan is not working. Could the fan be bad. I just installed it in a bus conversion.

In regards to the Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater part # LSB64FR, the error code "E5" indicates, "Fan failure, no fan signal detected during start-up or water heater operation". I have attached a photo below from the manual on the proposed solution. You'll also want to review the wiring diagram as well to be sure everything was installed correctly.
