Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this RV Designer dual GFCI outlet with cover plate and this is in ivory. Now, this is designed to add an extra layer of safety while also serving as a straightforward replacement for a worn or damaged receptacle. The biggest benefit is this built-in ground fault circuit interrupter or GFCI protection. It's going to detect an electrical fault, such as current leaking where it shouldn't.
It's also going to quickly shut off power to help reduce the risk of electric shock. And this is gonna make it a smart choice for areas where safety is especially important. This outlet features two receptacles, as you can see here. That's gonna allow you to power or charge two devices at the same time without needing an additional splitter or adapter. So whether you're plugging in small appliances, chargers, or other equipment, you're gonna have convenient access to both outlets from a single location.
Installation's gonna be pretty simple because everything needed for a clean replacement is included. This comes with this cover plate. It comes with a mounting hardware, so you're gonna be able to swap out an old or damaged outlet and get a finished professional looking appearance in virtually no time. This is gonna be compatible with common RV electrical systems. It's designed to work on a 125 volt AC circuit protected by either a 15 or 20 amp breaker.
So it's gonna be a practical replacement option for many existing setups. And RV Designer calls this color ivory. In my experience, ivory is kinda like a whitish color. This is more of a, almost like a beige color, so I just wanted you to be aware of that. Even though this is called ivory, it does have a tannish brown, beige tint to it, a very light brown color.
So you see it compared to my white table here, just the difference between the two colors. So just wanted to make that very clear to you. This is UL listed, so it's been tested to recognized safety standards.
