On a 4 lug 13” rim with 1/2-20 cone lugs what is the proper torque? Thank you

For a 13" rim with 1/2-20 cone lugs, like the Chrome Trailer Wheel Lug Nut item # 12CLN, you will want to torque them to 75-85 ft lbs.
