Expert Reply:
In order to reduce the squat from your 5th wheel and transfer tank I recommend adding the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs - Rear Axle # SS84VR. These will fit a 2014 Ford F-250 4WD. If you have 2WD you would need the # SSR-114-54 instead.
The SumoSprings will help keep you level while also reducing sway and improving the overall ride. They have progressive load control which means they compress according to the weight of your cargo. They are made of a high-density microcellular urethane and have a 2,800 lb weight capacity at 50 percent compression.
I have attached some review and installation videos for your reference.
