Im looking for mounting brackets for a brush guard to go on a 1999 Ford F-250 Super Duty attached is the pictures of brush guard

It looks like you may have the Westin Sportsman Grille Guard 45-0220 which uses the Replacement Hardware Kit # 40-022PK for your 1999 Ford F-250 Super Duty.
Please note that grille guards and mounting hardware are specific not only to each other but also to what vehicle they fit on so if that isn't a Westin Sportsman (which the design looks slightly different) that is made to fit your 1999 F-250 then it won't fit your truck without modification. In that case I recommend getting a new grille guard instead so you know everything works and fits properly.
