Which mounting bracket fits a 2004 Ford F350 Super Duty?

All of the replacement hardware kits are specific to the grille guards so the answer to your question will depend on which grille guard you have for your 2004 F-350 Super Duty.
The Replacement Hardware Kit # 40-022PK is for the Westin # 40-0225 and 45-0220 grille guards. Replacement Hardware Kit # AABRKT-3045 is for the Aries # AA3045 and # AA3045-2 grille guards.
If you have any of these grille guards you will need to match them up with the correct hardware and mounting brackets. These are not universal so if you have grille guard that is not one I listed above it is unlikely it will fit.
