Should Weight of Trailer be On Suspension for Determining Clearance of SumoSpring SS26MV

Hello, I have Grand Design 28G Momentum. When measuring the gap bottom of frame to top of the leaf spring should this measurement be taken when the toy hauler is loaded or does that not matter? Thank you.

If you are measuring for clearance on your Grand Design 28G Momentum for the install of the SumoSprings kit part # SS26MV you'd need to measure with the weight of the trailer on the ground. I wouldn't go so far as to load the trailer down as much as possible but how it would be most of the time. This kit comes with spacers so that you can make the spring sit taller so that you can acquire the desired 1/4 to 1/2 inch of preload or they can be cut down shorter as well.
