Hi everyone. Steve here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking at a replacement number four rubber shear spring for the Morryde Pin Boxes for 11 and a half thousand to 14,000 pounds trailers. And this replaces the number four rubber shear spring on the Morryde Rubber Pin Box. And again, it's gonna work with trailers between 11,500 pounds to 14,000 pounds. This is gonna dampen the road shock, the vibration, it's gonna reduce chucking.
And as you probably already know, this installs directly on the skid pad with your existing hardware. So you have these bolts here, but you're gonna use existing hardware to install this. Now as far as some quick dimensions, overall it is 12 inches side-to-side, and it is six and a half inches tall this way. And as far as the spacing on these bolts here, I got 11 inches on center, and then going up and down, I was getting right at five and three quarter inches center to center. So again, folks, just a nice replacement number four rubber shear spring.
As you probably know, this is metal, with the rubber coating and everything. And then you got the heavy duty rubber shear spring there in the center. And that's gonna wrap it up for a quick look together. I'm Steven, thanks for watching.
I love our morryde pin box. After picking up the trailer l could hear a bang everytime I left a stop. A lot of movement in the slide tray, ordered a new spring. We had about 10,000 miles. Siobhan went above and beyond making sure I received my part in time because I had ordered the wrong weight limit. Love etrailer, always a great experience
