Why Doesn't Thule TracRac TracONE Have Locks

Question:
This looks like an awesome rack. I would like to make sure thieves dont take it off my truck. I have a 2014 short bed Tacoma with the tracks system.

There are no lock cylinders anywhere on the Thule TracRac TracONE # TH27000XTB-TA that you referenced or lockable sections. It would take someone with plenty of time and all of the correct tools to remove this ladder rack and steal it. Not saying it's impossible, but it would be pretty rare for that to happen.
