When it comes to installing a trailer hitch on your 2022 Ford Edge I recommend The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2 inch # C78KR.

This hitch has a concealed cross tube so you will only see the hitch head after installation. The hitch has a gloss black powder coat finish over a protective base coat which offers superior rust resistance. The trailer hitch has a simple bolt on installation with no welding required.

For the wiring harness The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118805 (excluding Titanium model) or the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C73FR (Titanium model) or The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C89FR ( SE and SEL model) all have a plug and play installation.
