The only adapter that won't void the warranty on your 2021 Forest River Sabre 36BHQ is a goose box like the Reese Goose Box 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Air Ride Coupler Adapter - Lippert 1621 - 16,000 lbs # RP94716. This would replace your pin box and would need to match your current bolt pattern. This particular adapter fits the Lippert 0719, 1621 and 1621HD.

One thing you should keep in mind is that the warranty is only a 12 month warranty. If you are outside of that window it is a non-issue.
